Every printed keepsake comes with a personalized greeting card (it may arrive separately, in its own envelope), and every order comes with a 10-second embrace video and the full-quality picture.
What frame colors are there?
Black, Walnut brown, White. Each is a slim floating frame, with a small gap around the canvas so it seems to float.
Can I see it before I buy?
Yes. Every account gets 3 free previews, so you can see exactly how they'll look before ordering. Previews are watermarked; your keepsake isn't.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes, that's what most people do. Ship it straight to them, add a gift message, and the packing slip never shows a price.
How long does delivery take?
Each canvas is made to order, then shipped. It usually arrives in about 1 to 2 weeks within the US.
What if my canvas arrives damaged or misprinted?
We'll replace it free. Just let us know within 30 days of delivery, with a photo of the problem, and we'll send a new one.
What happens to my photos?
Your original uploaded photos are automatically and permanently deleted 30 days after you upload them. The pictures we make for you are kept privately in your account so you can come back to them.
Who can see my pictures?
Only you, when you're signed in. Everything is stored privately. Your photos are sent only to our AI image provider to create your pictures, and to our print partner if you order a canvas. We never post them anywhere.
Which photos work best?
Clear, well-lit photos where each face looks toward the camera. Old photos are welcome. Beards and mustaches in the photo are kept.
Can I use photos of someone who has passed away?
Yes, and many people do. Please only use photos you have the right to use, with the blessing of their family where you can.
